Help young learners to recognise and manage big emotions using this resource pack. Use the characters representing different feelings to support pupils to show and talk about how they feel and also discuss how others in the classroom may feel, helping them to understand their own emotions and those of others while also developing their oracy skills.

Children can talk about their feelings and recognise that it is natural to experience different emotions. Suggested activities for discussing big emotions are included in the lesson notes.
