Oral storytelling is an essential foundation for effective writing.

These attractive storytelling cards help KS1 children understand basic story structure, and can be used as a classroom activity, as well as kept on display for pupils to access for play and self-initiated learning. It’s also perfect for National Storytelling Week! Pupils can rehearse telling and retelling stories, exploring how to form sentences using different sentence openers, using the images to inspire ideas
