Leaflets can be written for a variety of purposes: to inform, explain or persuade. These resources can be used to support teaching and learning during an English unit focusing on writing leaflets for a range of purposes and audiences, with information on layout and presentational devices that could be used.
The leaflet posters can be used to explore the features that could be found in a leaflet and the purpose for writing. Two versions are available, differentiated for LKS2 and UKS2.
A planning sheet is also included to support pupils when noting and organising their ideas before writing.
